I appreciated the secure lockers provided. They ensured my belongings were safe . The location was convenient. It allowed easy access to key attractions. The cleanliness impressed me. The hostel was very well kept.
The capsule doors were somewhat loud. Every time they opened or closed, it was noticeable.

the bed was firm. i liked the privacy of the pods. the staff held on to my bags after checkout. the location is very central, a few minute walk to calle gran via.
Hot water appears in the tap occasionally. I brushed my teeth with cold water.

great locationnight noise
the location WAS great. it was easy to get around from there.
i really struggled with the noise. people were coming and going ALL night. it made getting any sleep almost impossible :(
